WATERSPOUT. Location: 33.306, -80.031. Multiple videos and pictures were received via social media of a waterspout on Lake Moultrie. The videos were taken near Watermark Bar & Grill in Bonneau looking back to the west across Lake Moultrie. The waterspout dissipated over Lake Moultrie and did not produce any known damage.

Wider weather episode

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms developed across portions of southeast South Carolina in the late afternoon hours. One thunderstorm moved across Lake Moultrie and produced a waterspout. The waterspout stayed over the open lake waters and did not produce any damage.
