Alliance ASOS reported peak wind gust of 62 mph. Tree damage reported just south of Marsland Nebraska from severe downburst winds. Tree limbs 3 to 5 inches in diameter broken off trees.

Wider weather episode

Severe thunderstorms developed over southeast Wyoming and bowed out over the Panhandle during the evening. Strong winds reported at Alliance from dissipating storms.
