A Commercial building was damaged by thunderstorm wind in Waycross at the intersection of Brunswick Hwy and Hatcher Point Road. Damage included part of the roof blown off. The time of damage was based on radar.

A cold front lingered across South Georgia. This feature combined with elevated MLCAPE of 2000 J/kg, steep mid-level lapse rates, decent shear and moist dew pts produced scattered strong to severe storms during the afternoon and evening.
