A power line was blown down by wind on Highway 40 near the Camden and Charlton county line.

A cold front lingered across South Georgia. This feature combined with elevated MLCAPE of 2000 J/kg, steep mid-level lapse rates, decent shear and moist dew pts produced scattered strong to severe storms during the afternoon and evening.
