High east winds were measured at multiple stations within the western Columbia River Gorge, including Rooster Rock with a max sustained wind of 73 mph and gust of 99 mph, Corbett High School with a max wind of 54 mph and gust of 88 mph, and Crown Point with a peak gust of 86 mph before the instrument lost power or froze over.
