Power poles were downed along Jefferson Island Road and on Caroline Street.

A series of upper disturbances pushed across South Louisiana producing daily scattered thunderstorms. A few storms became severe during the period of the 6th through the 10th. A tornado also developed in Acadia Parish causing damage near Morse.
