Quarter size hail observed accompanied by several trees blown down by thunderstorm winds along Route 207.

Wider weather episode

A few strong thunderstorms traveled along the Quebec-Vermont border during the afternoon hours of June 15th. One of these thunderstorms moved into Vermont near the towns of Highgate and Franklin and produced a wind gust that downed several trees along Route 207 near Highgate Center.
