MPING relayed damage report of 1-inch tree limbs broken and shingles blown off in Midway.

Following scattered convection throughout the afternoon hours, a more cohesive squall line formed over Utah's West Desert region. This squall progressed eastward through the northern portions of the state, resulting in a swath of strong to very strong wind gusts, due in part to low dew points and dry low levels of the atmosphere.
