The mesonet station, FLFO3, at Foster Flat one mile west of Frenchglen, OR measured 0.83 inches of heavy rainfall.

Wider weather episode

An upper level low brought significant wraparound precipitation and isolated supercells to the region. Extremely heavy rainfall, flash flooding, and a debris flow was reported with these sets of storms. A supercell over southern Baker County, OR produced a funnel cloud as well near Crane, OR.
