Severe thunderstorm outflow winds downed multiple trees at the Farmington Country Club in Farmington.

A back door cold front sagged south across New Hampshire during the day on June 2nd. This surface boundary interacted with a moist and very unstable atmosphere as strong daytime heated occurred before the thunderstorms developed. Scattered thunderstorms developed by early afternoon across most of the state and moved in a southerly direction into the early evening. Numerous thunderstorms developed but only a few storms become severe with convective outflow winds downing trees along with large hail.
