A pilot reported two waterspouts about 13 miles southeast of Vieques.

The wider storm

An easterly trade winds increased across the area and thereby enhance some of the trade wind showers over the waters which combined with favorable atmospheric conditions produced waterspouts development.

Began near Punta Arenas Vieques (17.9871, -65.4402).
