What EF0 means. On the Enhanced Fujita scale, EF0 is light damage: shingles and siding peeled, gutters torn, branches broken, consistent with estimated gusts of 65–85 mph. The rating comes from a survey of the worst damage after the storm, not from a wind measurement, so it says as much about what the tornado hit as about how strong it was.

What the National Weather Service wrote

Public submitted video of a landspout located northwest of Lime Reservoir, associated with a rain shower in the vicinity.

The wider storm

A closed 500 mb low over the Pacific Northwest opened up and shifted toward the Northern Rockies during this period. This wave, in combination with daytime heating, resulted in showers and thunderstorms across the region August 6th. Shear was meager, but was maximized locally to produce one tornado in Jefferson County. Additionally, a landspout was observed in southern Beaverhead County near the Idaho border.

Began near Snowline (44.6770, -112.4110).
