Multiple trees uprooted between Lanett and Valley.

An upper high along the Mississippi River produced a northwest flow across Alabama which was favorable for the development of Meso-scale Convective Systems. Several MCS's tracked southeast during the heating of the day and produced damaging winds and large hail.
