A trained spotter found 1-inch hail on the ground accumulated several inches deep, approximately 4 miles W of Guernsey. Estimated time hail fell based on radar.

Severe thunderstorms were observed across parts of southeast Wyoming the evening of 9 September 2023. Very large hail was reported across Converse, Platte and Goshen Counties during this time.
