What the National Weather Service wrote

The Ogden-Hinckley Airport ASOS recorded a period of wind gusts to 61 mph between 6:33 pm MST and 6:45 pm MST. These gusts were the result of outflow winds associated with a line of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.
