Report of 8 trees down hwy 280 west of Preston.

A persistent northwest flow aloft coupled with a moist, unstable environment allowed for multiple rounds of strong to severe thunderstorms to develop each afternoon. The storms moved generally from north to south across the area, with much of the wind damage occurring in the afternoon/evening hours.
