Numerous trees down across multiple blocks along Mahaffey Street in Jefferson. Approximately 10 trees down on vehicles or houses.

Daytime heating fueled several strong to marginally severe storms across the area on both the afternoon/evening of July 7th and 8th. The hardest hit areas were across parts of east-central GA, around the town of Jefferson (Jackson County) and also over southern Oglethorpe county (July 8th).
