Multiple oak trees had limb damage near Hwy 405 and Cabereelo Road due to thunderstorm winds.

Wider weather episode

Drier air aloft was in place during the afternoon, and only a few cells were able to form. The dominant one that formed used that dry air to produce damaging gusty winds over southeast Louisiana.
