Several roads were reported underwater across St George Island with pictures on social media of flooding as well. An Ambient weather station on 7th St W on St George Island measured 6.94 inches of rain in about 5 hours.

Clusters of slow moving thunderstorms produced heavy rainfall in a short period of time, leading to areas of flash flooding in Washington county and on St George Island. Over 4 inches of rain was measured in Washington county and almost 7 inches of rain was measured on St George Island.
