Event narrative

Thunderstorm winds blew down the flag pole at the Bland Fire Department. Just south southwest of Canaan trees were blown down near the intersection of Highway CC and Canaan Road. Also, trees were blown down near the intersection of Highway V and Tappmeyer road.

Wider weather episode

Thunderstorms developed along an old outflow boundary across parts of central and east central Missouri. Some of the storms produced damaging winds.
