Event narrative
Thunderstorm winds snapped off a power pole on the east side of town. About two miles south of Linn a large tree was blown down onto Highway 89.

Thunderstorms developed along an old outflow boundary across parts of central and east central Missouri. Some of the storms produced damaging winds.
