A 66-year-old male drowned in Poza del Obispo, near road PR-681 in Arecibo.
Wider weather episode
A northerly s well from Hurricane Lee deteriorated marine and coastal conditions along the area. Breaking waves just shy from 14 feet were observed along many areas in northern Puerto Rico. The breaking waves managed to bring sand into vulnerable roads.
