The US-91 at MP 20 Wellsville mesonet station recorded a wind gust of 58 mph as a result of outflow winds associated with a nearby cluster of showers and thunderstorms moving through the area.

Wider weather episode

An active pattern resulted in strong wind gusts in addition to isolated flash flooding to start the month of September.
