Wind gust was recorded on a personal weather station in the White Oak River along Shoreside Drive.

Scattered thunderstorms developed along the Coastal Plain and Coastal Waters during the afternoon and early evening. These storms tracked east to southeastwards through the afternoon and evening bringing strong gusts to the coastal waters and the inland rivers.
