Multiple reports of trees down in the north Forest Park area. Two on houses and three on roads and or utility lines.
Wider weather episode
A strong shortwave trough pushed through the Ohio Valley bringing strong lift and shear into Northern Georgia. Significant instability and northwest flow made conditions ideal for Mesoscale Convective Complex development. Storms developed substantial severe winds over large areas.
