The Juneau International Airport ASOS measured a peak wind gust of 64mph. Another mesonet station at the docks downtown measured a peak gust of 60mph. The power company reported 3 power outages and trees in the lines in the hour prior and following 2 hours.
The wider storm
A weakening low moving rapidly northward over the panhandle brought high winds to the southern panhandle and to Juneau.
