The Hampton County 911 Call Center reported a tree down on Deer Road.

A cluster of thunderstorms ongoing across parts of central Georgia was forced eastward by a shortwave, encountering moderate levels of surface-based CAPE, strong low-level lapse rates, high levels of downdraft CAPE and moderate levels of 0-6 km bulk shear across southeast South Carolina. As a result, a few thunderstorms became strong to severe with damaging winds.
