Emergency manager reported a tree down blocking one side of the road on Russell Scenic Hwy near Farm Rd.
Wider weather episode
Thunderstorms which developed in the afternoon across Central Alabama moved into West Central GA. One cell lasted for a significant amount of time along a shear boundary and lasted past midnight on the 10th. Isolated severe winds were the main hazard.
