County comms reported power lines blown down on a tree down on Nantahala Shores, a tree down on Camp Branch Rd, and another tree down on Wayah Rd.

A couple of broken lines of thunderstorms moved across western North Carolina during the afternoon and early evening. A few of the storms produced brief severe weather, mainly in the form of damaging wind gusts.
