Scattered thunderstorms developed over southwestern Nebraska in the vicinity of a weak frontal boundary. Many of the storms produced heavy rain and a couple of the stronger storms produced hail up to 2 inches in diameter. Up to 3 inches of rainfall was reported in central portions of Frontier County.
