A fence was reported blown down with an RV shifted due to strong winds. Wind speeds were estimated to be 80 mph. Property damage cost is an estimation.

Many severe thunderstorms developed during the afternoon and evening across southeast New Mexico and the Permian Basin. These thunderstorms developed within strong mid-level flow aloft as a trough passed across the Midwest and a cold front sagged into the region. Damaging wind gusts and large hail were observed with thunderstorms across the region.
