Several reports of trees down.

Deep low pressure and the passage of a strong cold front brought strong to damaging winds to portions of Western NY and North Central NY from late evening on December 2nd through early afternoon on December 3rd. Though wind gusts over much of the area peaked at less than warning criteria, there was numerous reports of downed trees and powerlines due in large part to recent rainfall and wet ground.
