Photo of the waterspout was shared on social media from a broadcast partner, share from the public. The waterspout was also documented by the International Centre for Waterspout Research. Photo shows mature Vortex with condensation funnel all the way to the water.

A waterspout developed off the shoreline of Sheboygan on the evening of October 31st under lake effect showers, as colder air spilled south over Lake Michigan.
