Emergency Management reported a mudslide at PR-435 in Parcelas San Gabriel.

Accumulated rainfall of up to around 3 to 4 inches over the San Sebastian Municipality in northwestern Puerto Rico served to saturate soils over the course of October 1st through 7th. Afternoon convection over northwestern Puerto Rico on October 9th where only up to 0.25 but served to trigger a mudslide.
