Multiple reports of quarter sized hail in the area of Upper River Rd near the River North Subdivision and Oak Hill Ln.

A weakening frontal system moved southeast into an unstable airmass over Central GA. Steep lapse rates and instability meant scattered thunderstorms over Central and East-Central GA developed damaging winds and some hail.
