A waterspout was observed on the NWS Key West rooftop cameras and by the public about 2 miles offshore to the northeast of Key West. The condensation funnel cloud was in the decay stage, tilted, and extended approximately one-third the way down from cloud base.

Wider weather episode

An isolated waterspout was observed northeast of Key West in association with a cumulus cloud line forming near the Lower Florida Keys.
