To start November, the northwestern two thirds of Central and Southern Valley County

remained in D2-Severe drought. During the first week of November, the west central part of Central and Southern Valley County improved to D1-Moderate, while the northwestern quarter remained in D2-Severe. On the second week, the northwestern three quarters of Central and Southern Valley County improved to D1-Moderate drought.

Wider weather episode

Drought ended during November as a snowier than average October allowed conditions to improve.
