The California Highway Patrol reported flooding across all lanes on the Silva Valley Parkway and Tong Rd.

Scattered rain showers brought widespread rain to interior Northern California. Isolated thunderstorms brought locally heavy rain to portions of the Sacramento metro area, with rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches of rainfall reported, locally higher. The heaviest rain occurred in the late afternoon and evening, causing local road flooding.
