Event narrative

A mudslide or debris flow affecting road PR-14 between KM 43.9 and 44.0 in Bo Algarrobo in Aibonito, near the boundary between Aibonito and Coamo. Emergency managers from Aibonito and Coamo were at the scene, cleaning the road. They reported that the road was never fully impassable.
