Severe drought conditions persisted across portions of Carroll county for the duration of November given lack of rain and above normal temperatures.

Wider weather episode

Above normal teperatures through the fall along with precipitation remaining at or below normal for much of the area allowed drought to persist through November. The overall area of severe to extreme drought remained very stable for much of the month with only some minor expansion in the center part of the state.
