Extreme drought early in the month improved to a severe drought over the extreme northeast of the area and improved to a moderate drought elsewhere by November 15th.

Drought conditions improved across South Texas by the middle of November after beneficial rain from Nov. 10-14th, with only a small severe drought area over northern Live Oak and Bee Counties by the end of the month.
