Extreme drought early in the month improved to a moderate drought over majority of the county and an abnormally dry sliver over the southern part of the county by November 15th.

Wider weather episode

Drought conditions improved across South Texas by the middle of November after beneficial rain from Nov. 10-14th, with only a small severe drought area over northern Live Oak and Bee Counties by the end of the month.
