A couple bands of snow moved through overnight and produced generally 1 to 3 inches of snow. Temperatures were below freezing, which led to icy roads.

During the overnight hours of October 30 to the early morning hours of October 31, a weak clipper system brought a few inches of snow (generally 1 to 4) across parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Temperatures were below freezing, and this was for the most part the first snowfall of the year, so roads became icy which led to travel impacts. A few noteworthy snowfall totals were:
4.5 inches near Elk Mound in Dunn County.
3.6 inches near Chippewa Falls in Chippewa County.
3.1 inches near New Richmond in St. Croix County.
3.0 inches near Eau Claire in Eau Claire County.
