A couple bands of snow moved through overnight and produced generally 1 to 3 inches of snow. Temperatures were below freezing, which led to icy roads.

During the overnight hours of October 30 to the early morning hours of October 31, a weak clipper system brought a few inches of snow (generally 1 to 4) across parts of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Temperatures were below freezing, and this was for the most part the first snowfall of the year, so roads became icy which led to travel impacts. A few noteworthy snowfall totals were:

4.8 inches near Rush City in Chisago County.

4.0 inches near Albertville in Wright County.

3.8 inches near Brooklyn Park in Hennepin County.

3.7 inches near Big Lake in Sherburne County.

3.5 inches near Bradford in Isanti County.

3.5 inches near Apple Valley in Dakota County.

3.5 inches near Lake Elmo in Washington County.

3.4 inches near Belle Prairie in Morrison County.

3.3 inches near Highland Park (St. Paul) in Ramsey County.
