Intensifying low pressure tracking northward off the New England coast produced strong north to northwest winds which caused minor to moderate (tidal) coastal flooding over portions of Northampton county adjacent to the Chesapeake Bay. Kiptopeke reached 5.18 feet MLLW at 936 am on Sunday, October 15.
