Intensifying low pressure tracking northeast off the Mid Atlantic coast produced strong north winds which caused minor to moderate (tidal) coastal flooding over portions of Currituck county adjacent to the Atlantic coast. Duck reached 6.16 feet MLLW at 912 am on Tuesday, October 31.
