Gusty Santa Ana winds impacted the San Gorgonio Pass, with peak gusts occurring from late morning on November 9 through the mid-morning hours on November 9. The following are the strongest wind gusts in the San Gorgonio Pass:
Whitewater (1681'): 63 MPH
Banning (2442'): 57 MPH
Whitewater RAWS (2545'): 51 MPH.

Gusty Santa Ana winds impacted the mountains and coastal foothills from November 7 through the morning on November 9. Wind started November 7 near the San Gorgonio Pass, and spread to the coastal mountain foothills by the morning on November 8. The strongest wind gust of 81 MPH was recorded at Marshall Peak in the San Bernardino County Mountains.
