Low pressure tracked along the Mid-Atlantic coast bringing a period of snow, sleet, and freezing rain to portions of West Virginia. Snowfall totaled 4 to 8 inches across the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, with lesser amounts in Jefferson County where one to four inches were observed, A trace to tenth of freezing rain fell as well.
