The entire parish was in D3-D4 drought for the entire month.

Wider weather episode

Drought conditions that started late summer continued across all of southeast Louisiana through the month of November. By this point in the year, multiple observational sites were running at a 10 to 30 inch annual rainfall deficit. Although a few inches of rain fell across the region in November, this wasn't enough to changed the drought condition and D3-D4 conditions persisted.
