Wyoming Department of Transportation site Herrick Lane, 13 miles west northwest of Laramie on Interstate 80 reported peak wind gust at 4:08 AM MST on 1/17. Quealy Dome, 14 miles northeast of Centennial on Interstate 80 also reported a wind gust of 63 mph.
